1. Introduction

Welcome to Coorgology Homestay Estate Stay. By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability. 2.2. Confirmation: Our team will contact you to confirm the availability of your stay. Confirmation will be sent via email or phone. 2.3. Advance Payment: A small advance payment may be required to secure your booking. This will be communicated during the confirmation process.

3. Payment Policy

3.1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfers. 3.2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your stay must be paid upon check-in. 3.3. Currency: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation by Guest:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the advance payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. 4.2. Cancellation by Coorgology: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

5.1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. 5.2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. 5.3. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1. Identification: All guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in. 6.2. Conduct: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage property. Any damage caused by guests will be charged accordingly. 6.3. Pets: Pets are welcome at Coorgology, but must be supervised at all times and not left unattended in the cottages.

7. Facilities and Services

7.1. Amenities: We provide basic amenities including free Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, hot water, campfire, party place, and candlelight dinner. 7.2. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided. Please inform our staff if you do not wish to be disturbed. 7.3. Food and Beverage: Home-cooked meals with authentic Coorg cuisine are available. Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance.

8. Liability

8.1. Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Coorgology is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items. 8.2. Injuries and Accidents: Coorgology is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical issues that occur during your stay.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Personal Information: We collect personal information necessary for booking and providing our services. This information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. 9.2. Communication: By providing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from us regarding your booking and stay.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Coorgology reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coorg.
